Another successful installation of a beautiful Yamaha Clavinova from Octaves in Walsall.
Jim is currently on the Yamaha Play For Keeps keyboard course with us in our Yamaha Music School in Walsall. He can’t wait to get stuck into some of the great piano pieces in the course material.

At 92 George is still tinkling the ivories with the Technics SX-EA-1 being the latest addition to his vast collection of organs & keyboards. May he have many more years yet to enjoy making music & is hoping to reach 100.

A Walsall school has just took delivery of a Yamaha P-223 supplied by Octaves Music Point in Walsall. The Yamaha P-223 is a fully weighted 88 key digital piano. It sounds amazing & is extremely light, so really portable to move around. At just £499 doesn’t break the bank!
Lovely to hear the great Gabriel Obasa on alto sax playing ‘You Raise Me Up’ in the store today. Cheered me up no end on such a bitterly cold day.
Gabriel can be hired for any event.

Great to meet Bill Sharpe, the brilliant keyboard player with the amazing jazz funk band ‘Shakatak’ at the Jam House recently.
I was surprised though he’d never heard of my music shop ‘Octaves Music Point’ in Walsall, lol.

Octaves Music Point requires a keyboard/piano teacher for all day Saturday and Tuesday late afternoon/evening to join our Yamaha Music School team immediately.
Teaching experience is preferred.
A knowledge of the workings of a 61-key home keyboard & being able to perform in a style synonymous with home keyboards is preferred but not essential as training will be given.
Good rates of pay.
