✅ With a full membership from just £34 per month — that’s around £8.50 per week — you can enjoy access to gyms, swimming, exercise and wellbeing classes, toning suites and much more.

🎉 Membership also includes great added benefits such as free health checks, complimentary personal fitness programmes, priority booking and online booking access. Plus, there are no joining fees, no hidden fees and no long-term contracts.

🎓 Student and apprentice memberships are also available for young people aged 14+ in full-time education, offering access to all facilities for just £22.80 per month.

Staying Strong Wellbeing Events

Please join us for our Staying Strong Wellbeing Event, providing local residents with the opportunity to learn about the health, wellbeing, and community services available for those within South Staffordshire District.

The event aims to help people over the age of 55 remain independent, stay active, and live well for longer by connecting them with local support, activities, and organisations.

ℹ️ Our Living Well Link Worker will be available throughout the day to speak with attendees about the Staying Strong Service, answer questions, and register anyone interested in receiving further information or support.

🏋️‍♀️ The South Staffs Leisure Team will also be on hand to offer residents living within the district the opportunity to book onto a FREE future taster session at their local leisure centre.

🧘 Visitors will also be able to take part in a short strength and balance demonstration during the event.

☕️ Refreshments will be available throughout the day.
