Join our Tuesday evening Adult Mixed Ability Lessons on a flexible pay-as-you-go basis.

📅 Dates: Tuesday 21st July – Tuesday 25th August
🕢 Time: 7:30pm – 8:30pm
👥 Maximum class size: 15 swimmers
💷 Price: £6.50 per lesson

🌞 Hot Weather Reminder – Stay Safe Around Water🌞

With temperatures soaring again this week, it's tempting to cool off in the water, but please take a moment to read these vital water safety tips. Every year, lives are lost due to preventable drowning accidents, especially in the summer.

Before you take the plunge, remember:

👀 Look out for lifeguards – Always swim in lifeguarded areas.
❄️ It’s colder than it looks – Cold water can shock your body and affect your ability to swim.
📏 Don’t go too far – Stay close to the shore and swim parallel to it.
🌊 It’s stronger than it looks – Currents can be powerful. Float and call for help if caught.
👫 Bring a friend – Never swim alone. Look out for each other.
