⚫️Manage your assigned cohort from start to finish, ensuring learner engagement, progression, and achievement.

⚫️Monitor learner progress and provide timely feedback and support.

⚫️Collaborate with our internal team to ensure high-quality programme outcomes.

⚫️Provide wraparound support and group coaching sessions as needed

Requirements:

🔴 Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)– ESSENTIAL. This is non-negotiable.

🔴 Proven experience in delivering employability and/or personal development training.

🔴 Assessor qualification (not essential)

🔴 Live within a 20 miles radius of Birmingham with own car and full UK driving licence (Essential)

🔴 Confident in leading group sessions and working independently.

🔴 An enhanced DBS or can obtain one (Essential)

🔴 Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

🔴 Must be self-employed and able to work on a freelance basis.

🔴 A flexible approach to face to face delivery in and around the West Midlands, UK (in-person and online).

Zoe’s birthday milestone brings a celebration of hope

Entrepreneur Zoe Bennett underlined a message of hope and belief in striving for positive change as she welcomed around 250 guests to her glittering 50th birthday celebration.

Held at the Throne Sh**ha Lounge, in Birmingham city centre, the party was also attended by actor and comedian Richard Blackwood, Errol Reid of China Black and singer Malika Ferguson.

Pay: £25 per hour (freelance, self-employed basis)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am–2pm

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and impactful employability and personal development programmes

Manage your assigned cohort from start to finish, ensuring learner engagement, progression, and achievement

Actively support participants with their job search, applications, and interview preparation, moving them towards sustainable employment

Teach and facilitate sessions in:

Confidence
Rapport building
Self-awareness
Being proactive in life
Taking ownership
Personal development
Social and communication skills
Resilience

Capture filmed feedback videos of participants on the final day, blending presentation skills into their learning experience

Monitor learner progress and provide timely feedback and support
