I have specialist qualifications in lower back pain, pre & post natal, cardiac and stroke rehab, neurological conditions and other specific areas.

Then we might be the answer, as a local run fitness provider we have been running 6 years this January and are always looking to recruit new members to join our fun, friendly, fitness classes.
We deliver ladies only group sessions:
- Mondays 6-7pm (Bootcamp and circuits)
- Thursdays 6-7pm (boxfit 🥊)
All classes are just £5 and there are options to pay monthly or even package deals. Just ask for more details.
We also deliver 1-2-1 and small groups sessions as well as help with home workouts and nutrition advice. These are open to both Male and female.

Hi all just a friendly reminder that we are still running our twice weekly ladies fitness classes
We do our sessions Monday and Thursday at 6pm on Pelsall common (near the church hall) and we are always looking for new members
There is no pressure to sign up and you can pay as you go if you want to and turn up when convenient to you.

It’s almost Thursday again, which can only mean 1 thing!! It’s time for our ladies Boxfit session.
6-7pm at St Michaels Church Hall only £5 a class, we are a friendly group and have lots of fun whilst getting fit at the same time. All ability levels are welcome so why not come down and give it a try??
