Nothing impressive with the weights I was more experimenting with my first time on a circuit like this

Perform all ‘A’ exercises one after the other then rest for up to 1 minute then perform again for 3-4 sets..
then perform ‘B’ exercises quickly back to back then go ☑️

But I set myself a little goal to do this workout in brackets or simply with some numbers and using the simple principle of including one of each of the following..
Squat
Push/press
Hinge
Pull
Core/weak/development area
I always prefer a circuit format as it’s time efficient
If I was looking for strength records… the circuit may have to go.. but for now, it stays 💪🏼
