Ready to take your pointe work to the next level? ✨

Whether you’re new to pointe, want to build the strength needed to prepare for pointe work, or are looking to develop greater strength and control in your existing pointe work — this class is for you!

📅 Tuesdays | 6:45 PM

Our pointe work class is designed to help dancers:

✨ Build strength
✨ Improve alignment
✨ Increase balance & control
✨ Train safely in pointe shoes
✨ Expand existing knowledge & skills

Pointe Preparation: Dancers from Grade 4 upwards are welcome to join and begin building the foundations needed for safe, confident pointe work.

End of term!! Congratulations we made it through the heat! So proud of the effort you put into our various shows, and all the extra practise for exams that we usually do, in this heat! You should be proud of your efforts, team work and kindness that I've witnessed through it all! What a great example of young people you all are! Apologies I only got one photo in the end of term exams (out of 100 entries!) please feel free to tag your photos if you were more organised than me ha!!!

Huge congratulations to all who performed in today's WAD Fest! A day of dance filled with a Choreography Competition, Graded Showcase and a Celebration of Dance to round of a super day with Well done to all involved and to the amazing team of teachers who put in so much effort to make the event run so smoothly!

AWA DANCE’s Safeguarding in Dance Training for Girls is open for bookings!
