Hi guys! Just going to throw a little bio here as an intro for those of you who don’t know me.

Growing up in Puerto Rico I spent most of my childhood playing basketball, volleyball, baseball, tennis, American football, kickboxing, surfing and swimming & diving. At 14 I started weight lifting, and playing basketball competitively. I began my semi-pro basketball career at 19, but a few years later found I felt most at home at the gym. I spent many years training friends and family members for free before deciding to become a Premier Global certified personal trainer. I now specialise in strength training, sports endurance training, hypertrophic training (muscle building), and body composition (fat loss). So wether you're looking to push your body to it's limits, win that MVP award, or get rid of stubborn fat, I will ensure you reach your full potential, and more!

10 years of lifting things up and putting them down between these photos. Having a metabolism that burns 4K calories a day can make building muscle impossible. But where there's a will theres a way. This is what telling your friends you can't go binge drinking tonight/can't go on that trip because theres no gym/can't stay up late because you need the rest after leg day/can't waste time watching films and eating unhealthy food looks like. The reason I love fitness with all my heart, is because if you want to change the way you look, you're in complete control. Luck, money, connections mean nothing. Just.Hard.Work. You want it? Make that change today, and tomorrow be a walking example of your work ethic.
