If you'd asked me 10 years ago what my life would look like in my mid-thirties, I probably would have painted a very different picture.
The truth is, life hasn't gone exactly how I planned.
I've experienced heartbreak, had to start over, changed direction, taken risks, and questioned myself more times than I can count.
There are things I thought I'd have by now that I don't.
But there are also things I have today that my younger self never even dreamed of.
I've learned that happiness doesn't come from ticking boxes by a certain age.
It doesn't come from following the same timeline as everyone else.
It comes from building a life that feels true to you.
A life that's aligned with your values, your goals, and the person you're becoming.
So if you've ever felt like you're behind, this is your reminder:
There is no perfect timeline.
You're not late.
You're not failing.
You're simply writing a different story.
And that's more than okay 🖤

When she first started, Connie felt unsure in the gym, lacked confidence, and wasn't quite sure where to begin.
Although we only had a month together before buying her first ever home, the biggest transformation wasn't physical.
