Ever wondered what a typical Aerial Hoop session looks like? ⭕️

We start with mobility, followed by strength and conditioning to build the foundations for safe progress. Then it’s onto the hoop to warm up with familiar moves before learning new tricks, combinations and transitions. We finish every class with a well-earned cool down and stretch 🤸‍♀️🧘‍♀️

Every class is designed to help you build strength, confidence and skills at your own pace. Whether you’re brand new or have experience, we’ve got you! 💚

✨🍐 How We Coped in the Heat 🍐 ✨

When the temperature rises, we adapt 🔥

In warmer weather, we always adapt our classes to suit the conditions, helping everyone stay active without overexerting themselves. With plenty of chilled squash, cold water and our brilliant air conditioning, everyone stayed cool, comfortable and hydrated. ☀️💦

Our pole fitness ladies worked hard, then cooled off with some well-earned restorative yoga to finish the session. The perfect way to beat the heat while still enjoying movement.

Here’s to training smart, looking after each other and keeping moving…whatever the weather! 💪✨
