Today as a Equifit squad we have decided to use Spell my Name. We are going to go through our clients names over this week.

Today we have chosen to spell ‘Stephanie’

The gyms maybe shut but our drive and motivation shouldnt close !! .
I now ask for the Equifit squad to join me daily in doing some training. Let’s keep the drive going and then when isolation is over we will be ready to face the world FITTER ... NOT FATTER !! .
