Holding the back of a chair for stability (or a bridge) holding hands to heart or extending the arms above your head in warrior one are all valid, and all equal in my book, and my classes. Or maybe you hate W1 on your back knee, so we’d explore the back foot, maybe a lunge would be kinder. And if it wasn’t gently drizzling and I wanted a wet bum 🌧️ I’d have found a way to demo W1 on a seat too. I’ll work with you, and your body to find your steady breath as you move 🧘‍♀️

Using a head mike in yoga isn’t my normal, but the room at JD is soooo big! I’m covering a class for my friend hope they like the nice heart and hip opening class I’ve planned for them for this week marking the equinox. Finding a bit of balance along the way 🌲.

Business cards have arrived. They have a little stamp collection feature on the back to get a free class. It’s the small things that make me happy :)
