This is what it's all about.

Helping people to become happier, healthier versions of themselves.

Throughout the years I've had clients who have wanted to lose weight to get IVF who have fallen pregnant naturally after weightloss, clients who have needed to correct serious posture issues, and clients who simply wanted to lose weight or gain muscle.

They've cried, laughed and experienced significant life changes in some cases.

But whether its about wanting a child or dropping a dress size, the fact that they've reached their goals makes my heart swell 🖤

Oksana Fitness stands for all of the same things W,W&W did however I'm making an effort to be more inclusive 💚

For all of our members in the UK, we are very sad that gyms will be closed for the next 4 weeks

but thats no reason to not keep fit and active!

We will be holding ZOOM fitness classes over the next month (and perhaps beyond, if you want them for longer!)

We will be holding:

- Functional Fitness
- Full Body Strength and Tone
- Cardio HIIT
- Abs Blast
- Legs Bums and Tums
- Military Bootcamp

The mayonnaise alone accounts for 87.7% of the fat and 34.9% of the total calories, which is why it is important to ALSO count your condiment calories when youre tracking your food 💚

You need to know your WHY.

You might ask...WHY does it matter?

Because if the answer isn't "for me", then it's for someone else.

You need to be invested in yourself for you.

You come into this world with you, you leave this world with you. If you've spent a lifetime pleasing everyone around you, you'll leave this world wanting.

Do it because you want to. Do it because you care about yourself, you want to push yourself, whatever it may be.

Staying power is born out of a desire to improve for no one but yourself.
