Stop guessing when to increase the weight.👇

✅ If you’re still feeling powerful and explosive at the end of a set, exceeding your target rep range, or your reps aren’t slowing down… it’s probably time to go heavier.

🚫 But if those last 2–3 reps feel like a grind and your technique starts to break down, stay at that weight for now. There’s still progress to be made there.

⭐️ Progressive overload works best when you earn the weight increase, not rush it.
