An opportunity has arisen to join the Early Help Support Team as a full-time Partnership Link worker (PLW) funded by Families First Pathfinder on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
Early Help is defined as everyone’s business and in the Working Together to Safeguard children 2023 it encourages partner agencies to
• provide support as soon as a problem emerges
• help prevent further problems from arising
• be offered to the whole family with services delivered jointly
Early Help partner agencies include health, education, early years and voluntary services and this is expanding.
