I remind myself of this every day💜
How to use each day to improve yourself:
💜 Always try and do a small % better than you did the day before - even if that means just waking up slightly earlier.
💜 Always make time for yourself to do the things you enjoy - for me that’s taking just 45 mins-1 hour of my day training.
💜 Find time for a little self care - like taking a bath or a good skincare routine.
💜 Think a little less negative & a little more positive each day - practice positive thinking, gratitude & mindfulness.
💜 Practice random acts of kindness each day - I always make sure I do at least one selfless intentional act of kindness (may do others unintentionally) - for example go out of your way to help someone in need, hold the door open for someone, or let a driver in front of you. Little thing that put a smile on other people’s faces.
I’m sure there are other ways to improve yourself each day - these are just the few I focus on myself☺️

✨Remember✨one bad day does not take away from all the progress you’ve made.
It is okay to have a day off, it is okay to miss a workout, it is okay to go off track for one day.
You have already made so much progress before, and this progress has taken time. So will losing it.
Consistency is key - as long as you are consistent the rest of the time you will continue progress further and reach your goals✨
But, if you’re missing too many days because you’re struggling to stay motivated and accountable & you’re not seeing progress - a bespoke programme tailored specifically to your goals & scheduled sessions are what you need!
