A fantastic weekend in Dublin 🇮🇪

Proud to have our first Metrics. in Ireland, even happier that it’s with the great man David O'Connor • Fitness & Performance Coach 🤝🏽

More importantly, even prouder that I am able to travel the world with my businesses and bring my beautiful wife and best friend Tara Lilly King ✨ with me wherever I go! ♥️

A weekend to remember 😁

Can’t sprint during rehab?

Then find ways to reduce the gap.

Sprinting places huge demands on the trunk and pelvis. While nothing in the gym can truly replicate sprinting, we can get creative with exercises that challenge the system in ways that better resemble some of those demands.

These exercises AREN’T a replacement for sprinting.

But they can load key structures and challenge force transmission, trunk control and coordination in ways that take us a little closer than bog-standard rehab exercises.

If we can find a 1% advantage each day, those small wins compound.

Keep the gap between rehab and performance as small as possible.

Stop harder and faster with this.

But don’t expect it to change the world.

Your training is just one pillar of FIVE.

Injuries happens. What happens next matters.

Every rehabilitation start with clarity - understanding the injury, the athlete, and mapping a clear plan forward.

But early on, we want every athlete to recognise one thing…

With one powerful graphic.

Every phase is mapped out with clear objectives and progression criteria.

And rehab is much more than the injured tissue. We optimise the whole athlete.

And end things with one more powerful message…

You wouldn’t tag a coach that needs to hear this… 👀

Rest of March dump 📈

Something’s clicked.
Productivity is growing. Efficiency is soaring.
The question is now “Which” do we do, not “What” do we do.

Working with some great people, athletes, coaches, researchers and business owners - from all walks of life and areas of the world 🫡

But I’m not letting myself get carried away. Business is peaks and troughs. Consistency and rhythm is key.

Great team around me at and helping me build and maintain this momentum 🤝🏽

Personal life is good too, time for loved ones is there ♥️

Next steps:

▪️Release our elevated services at KPI 💪🏽

Never staying still, let’s go 🚀

Week of ups and downs, but progress 📈

Coffee catch ups with great people, hill sprints, coaching crazy, a trip to London, Metrics progress, multiple meltdowns, and time for myself too.

Thankful for those around me keeping me sane, family, friends and none more so than who made my 31st Birthday very special ♥️

and moving 🫡
