Brilliant energy from Culcheth Eagles RLFC yesterday morning! Working on getting fitter, faster and stronger before the 2019 season starts. They put some SERIOUS work in on squats, farmers walk, tough strength drills, prowlers and some team conditioning work. Well done lads, good attitude from everyone 💪🔥

On 16th April 2017 members, friends and family of Raw Strength Gym will be taking on the famous Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge.

The Challenge involves taking on the peaks of
• Pen-y-Ghent (height 694 metres)
• Whernside (height 736 metres)
• Ingleborough (height 723 metres)

The total distance of this hike is approximately 24.5 miles over a combined height of 2,153m All in under 12 hours!!

As a team we will be raising monies for 3 fantastic charities:

Lymphoma Research Trust
Epilepsy Research UK
Business for Youth

All monies raised will be divided equally between the 3 nominated charities.
