Progress isn’t always a before and after.
Walking through the door without overthinking it.
Knowing the faces around you after only a couple of sessions.
Having a laugh between sets.
Noticing that you’re actually a bit gutted when life takes over and you miss a session 🤷🏻♂️
And what a before and after, the mirror or the scales definitely can’t do...
is show the gym, a place that once felt completely out of your comfort zone, starting to just feel… normal.
Bodysculpt - Warrington
We help everyday people fall back in love with the gym- and get into the best shape of their lives.
Harder than it looks when you don’t know what’s next 😂
At least she got 1 & 10 bang on 😂 .hub
Every one of them’s strong as an ox though, so I guess the joke’s on us 😂

👆🏻 Photo evidence before my first ever Marathon last Saturday.
I think it’s important to get this out there before you read any further…
I didn’t book this marathon because I ‘enjoy’ running. I’m not a runner. I booked it drunk on New Years Eve and regretted it ever since 😂
If you’re wondering how it went, let me just tell you it was an experience like nothing I’ve ever felt before.
Physically and mentally one of the hardest things I’ve ever done.
At one point, my head and legs just went.
Every part of me wanted to stop and sit at the side of the road.
The thing is, the fitness was there, I’d done the training.
What I couldn’t do was get through that one moment on my own where I just wanted to quit.
Thankfully, I had my own coach running next to me.
He didn’t do anything clever, he didn’t come out with an oscar-worthy speech and I didn’t rise from the dead and finish like Rocky Balboa.
He was just there.
Listening to me moan, telling me to keep going, that I could, and that I deserved to cross that finish line.
That’s the bit that got me round.
Not the training.
Him being there.
I’ve reflected on this all week, because it’s the exact thing people tell us after six weeks with us.
Not that the training was easier than they expected.
That it was the first time they weren’t left to just get on with it alone.
That they loved the hands on coaching,
That a coach messaged them when they noticed they missed a session,
That Dan checked in with them on a Monday after a rough weekend.
That’s the whole point.
If you’ve stopped and started a hundred times before, this is the bit that’s been missing.
Not more willpower or motivation,
Just people who don’t let you do it on your own.
The next 6 Week Challenge is filling up.
If you’ve been meaning to start again and it keeps sliding to next week, drop me a message with the word MILE (even though I’ll be happy not to see another one for a while)
We can have a chat and determine if you’re a right fit for us and vice versa.

We’re not for everyone….
Some people want a huge gym, cheap membership, train alone with their headphones in and never speak to anyone.
Each to their own right? We all want and need different things, we’re just not after that here and we don’t try and be that gym.
Bodysculpt is for the people who’ve drifted away from it.
Who tried the big gym and felt invisible.
Who want to actually feel something changing.
Small groups.
Real coaches.
Maximum 10 people to a session.
Proper support.

13 years as a personal trainer. 10 years as a gym owner.
Me and my team have helped thousands of people in and around Warrington, and we see the same thing over and over.
The people who go too hard, too fast, burn out and never get the results they were after.
Most people don’t need a harder workout.
They don’t need the perfect nutrition plan on day one.
They need a routine they can actually stick to.
A plan that fits round their life.
A team or an individual to hold them accountable.
If you’ve tried before and it hasn’t stuck, the plan was probably the problem. Not you.

One of the most common questions we get asked is “is it one to one, or is it classes?”
It’s neither.
It sits right in the middle of the two.
Yes, you’re training alongside other people who are more alike than you think so it’s not one to one.
But the sessions are small, and everything is adapted to you- so you’re getting the exact same experience.
You’re also not getting lost in a big room full of strangers, and you’re not paying one to one prices either.
As you can see from the video, our coaches are calm.
There’s no shouting, not counting reps at you, not making you feel silly or incapable.
Just there to keep you feeling supported, to teach you a bit, and get you feeling good about yourself- exactly what good coaching should be.
