The reason most people quit (or stop going to) a new gym isn’t because of the equipment or the workouts; it’s the way they feel when they walk through the door.
Some gyms motivate you..
Others make you feel like you’re being watched, judged, or just out of place - and whether people admit it or not, that changes everything.
We’ve coached enough people at Bodysculpt to know: Nobody quits because we don’t have a specific machine that targets their bum…
They quit because they dreaded showing up.
So we built the opposite.
A gym where you can swing a kettlebell , do a sack race for a laugh, or have a coach show you how to hold a dumbbell properly when doing a goblet squat - without anyone making you feel stupid.

Oh no not another post about motivation. 😴
But we’re going to continue to go on and on about it because the message is important.
CONSTANTLY relying on motivation to lose weight is the reason you can’t.
Motivation is a FEELING, and feelings come and go.
You might feel motivated because you’ve got a holiday coming up, or you want to feel confident in summer clothes.
But what happens when you’re tired, stressed, bored?
That motivation disappears quicker than it arrived.
You don’t need more of it.
Wha you need is a life that doesn’t depend on it.
A plan you can follow on your worst day and not just your best day.
Maybe even a team that supports you and a community that understands you… 😉
