SanShou/kickboxing classes for adults and children male or female fun friendly and alot of energy classes to suit all levels.
Sanshou is china's full contact fighting system it was developed and used by the military before becoming a sport that is fought on a lei tai this is basically a boxing ring without ropes were your opponents can be thrown off by using takedowns or can be kicked or punched off with devastating impact and then have to return to the platform to continue fighting it is also fought in rings with ropes
