A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our annual John Clark Memorial Trophy event in aid of St. Rocco's Hospice.

It was a fantastic day filled with great tennis, a brilliant pickleball social session and a superb afternoon tea. Congratulations to our tournament winners, Millie Morrison and Will Clark, who were presented with their prizes by Rose Clark.🏆

It was also lovely to welcome Marc and Catherine Vannerem. Catherine is the Finance Director of St Rocco’s.

Thank you to everyone who played, attended, donated, provided refreshments or helped behind the scenes. Your support made the day such an enjoyable success and emphasised what a wonderful community we have at the club.

A little throwback to our Wimbledon Whites Social back in July! 🎾🍓

It was a fantastic afternoon filled with social tennis, sunshine, plenty of smiles and, of course, strawberries and cream afterwards.

We hold lots of friendly social events throughout the year, giving members plenty of opportunities to play, meet new people and enjoy being part of the club.

Don’t forget, the Jon Clark Memorial Tournament is coming up soon!

Our annual charity event promises a fun tournament and a great social afternoon for members, guests and families, all while raising funds for St Rocco’s Hospice and supporting the Club.

There will also be a pickleball session, before everyone comes together to enjoy refreshments afterwards.

We’d love to see as many of you there as possible for a special afternoon of sport, friendship and fundraising.

If you’re not already part of the 100 Club, why not join before our next draw? It’s a private lottery for club members aged 16 and over, with draws taking place four times a year in January, April, July and October.

Membership costs £15 per quarter, which works out at just £5 a month. You’ll receive a number that is automatically entered into each draw, with 40% of the quarterly pot awarded as cash prizes.

As well as giving you four chances to win each year, your membership helps raise valuable funds for the club’s major redevelopment programme.

Our next draw takes place in October 2026. To be included, please arrange your payment by 30 September.

A reminder that our annual Memorial Charity Event is coming up soon!

Supporting both the Club and .roccoshospice the day will include a fun tournament and a brilliant social afternoon for members, guests and families.

There will also be a pickleball session, followed by refreshments together afterwards.

We hope you can join us for a special afternoon of sport, friendship and fundraising for a wonderful local charity.

Sunday saw Joe Lavender and Petro Yanytskyi take to the court for our Club Men’s Singles Final and what a match it was.

Congratulations to Petro, who came away with the win and was crowned this year’s Club Men’s Singles Champion!

Well done to both players on reaching the final and putting on a great match for everyone watching.

Last weekend, our juniors put their speed, stamina and jumping skills to the test in a fun physical assessment session led by our Head Coach, Nick!

They tackled a five-minute run, sprints and standing-start jumps, with their results measured so they can see how their fitness and endurance improve over time.

There was plenty of encouragement along the way, especially from Iain and his Super Soaker!

A great session and a fantastic effort from everyone!
