What is Fusion Group Training?
Fusion Group Training is Hybrid Training combining the best elements of group PT with our traditional high intensity group exercise classes.
The Fusion Group Training Timetable consists of 3 weekly classes where the group all work collectively and 2 Fusion sessions, where everyone follows their own personalised plan!
This is the future of group training!
High intensity classes, Personalised Fusion sessions and incredible results!

🔺 THE FITNESS TRIANGLE🔺
The 3 Corners of a well-balanced fitness routine:
💪 RESISTANCE 💪
Builds muscle. Raises metabolism. Increases strength.
🏃♀️ CARDIO 🏃♂️
Increases endurance. Improves cardiovascular health. Burns calories.
🧘♀️ MOBILITY 🧘♂️
Enhances range of movement. Decreases injury risk. Allows fitness to be functional.

This represents balance and longevity.
The idea that true fitness comes from integrating all 3 elements, not focusing on just one.

Whether you’ve done one month or you’ve been ever present all year, I want to say well done and thank you for creating such a positive environment where Ladies can exercise and support each other inside and outside of the gym!!! 😊🙏
For me as a PT, it amazing seeing you all achieve fantastic results through training, but it’s just as nice to see people forming friendships through exercise and the gym!!! You’ve created something very special, where others always feel welcome and supported!!! Long may it continue into 2026!!! 🤩🙌

🎄🥳 10th Christmas Shoutout 🥳🎄
I want to give a massive shoutout and a huge well done to Mark Stanton for his most consistent year of training in a decade!!! 😊💪
At the start of 2025 Mark set out to be more consistent with his training. For a number of years work commitments, injuries and life in general had stopped Mark from gaining any real momentum with his training! I’m glad to say Mark has manage to overcome the hurdles of life and has been consistency personified this year (he even sent me a photo of him working out on holiday 😎☀️💪)!!!
As a result of Mark’s new found consistency he’s leaner, fitter and stronger than he’s been in years, so much so he’s signed up to run the Knutsford half marathon in the Spring of 2026!!! 💪🙌🏃♂️
Well done on an incredible year of training, I know you’ll smash the half marathon next year!!! 😊🏃♂️👍

Emily is the epitome of consistency when it comes to her training. Whatever the season, whatever the day of the week, whatever the weather Emily always gives 100% effort and is a shining example to all members of Cult of Fitness!!! No complaining, no excuses, just a positive mindset and laser focus on the goal of the class!!! 🤩💪

I want to give a big shoutout and a massive well done to Neil Atkinson on an incredible year of training!!! 🏃♂️💪
Earlier this year Neil decided he wanted to work towards participating in a Hyrox event. Week after week, Neil has been putting in the hard work improving his S&C, smashing trial Hyrox sessions (only last week he took a whopping 3mins off his PB 🥳)!!!
Well done on a consistent year of high quality training!!! Good luck for your 1st Hyrox event in January, I know you’ll smash it!!! 😊🙌💪

I want to give a massive shoutout and a huge well done to Melissa Phillips on the amazing transformation she’s achieved this year!!! 🤩🙌
Melissa started 2025 with the aim of losing bodily fat and improving her fitness in time for her holiday in September!!! 😎☀️🇨🇦
By the time we got to August, Melissa had lost 3 stone, dropped 3 dress sizes and changed her body shape and composition!!! 😊💪

🎄🥳 6th Christmas Shoutout 🥳🎄
I want to give a massive shoutout and a huge well done to Ross Jones on completing the Dublin marathon in October!!! 🏃♂️🇮🇪🍀
At the start of the year Ross started training to improve his S&C, so he’d be able to complete the challenge of the marathon!!! Ross absolutely smashed it and not only did he complete the marathon, he raised over £1500 for charity in doing so!!! 🤩🥳🙌
Well done on an incredible year of training Ross, the only thing left is to decide which marathon you want to run in 2026!!! 🏃♂️🥇🤩
(P.S. honourable mention to Ross’ wife Sophie for supporting him every step of the way!!! 😊)

I want to give a massive shoutout and a huge well done to Leah Green on the incredible transformation she’s achieved this year!!! 🤩🥳
Leah started off the year with a target of losing body fat, changing her shape and feeling more confident for her best friend’s hen do in July and wedding in October (she was the Maid of Honour)!!! 💒 👰♀️
By the time the summer arrived she was down a couple of dress sizes, fitter, stronger and feeling more confident in herself… and rightly so, her transformation was incredible!!! 😎🙌
