6 years ago today I bit the bullet and decided to have a go at doing classes on Zoom during the 1st lockdown (having decided against it at first because I had convinced myself I wasn’t techy enough). This was my first set up - a 2l water bottle, elastic bands and a selfie stick I found in my daughter’s drawer 😂
