How lucky are we to have right next door to the studio!

It’s become a real staple for our clients after class. They love the homemade cakes, the best coffee, and those incredible sausage rolls. It’s also a favourite spot for dog walkers in the area.

It was a busy one in class today! Everyone worked so hard and really pushed themselves.

We focused on roll downs, side leg series, squats, single leg work, and finished with some stretches. It’s so great to see our new starters progressing already.

In every class, we aim to work the whole body by moving through a variety of movements and exercises. Each muscle group plays its part, and today we’re focusing on the triceps.
