Huge congratulations to my client Debbie Helen who today SMASHED her Warrington parkrun personal best! In just over a year she has improved her 5k time by almost 15 minutes!! Keep going at this rate and you'll be getting a call up to the Olympic team! Well done, Debbie!!!
