Students will experience a sense of achievement as they progress through our structured belt grading system which includes separate belt systems for Children and Adults. All lessons at Newton-le-Willows and Queens Park Health and Fitness in St Helens are taken on a safely matted area. Our venues are equipped with safety measures, including first aid equipment, defibrillators, fire extinguishers, and clearly marked fire exits.

Our instructors regularly attend courses in first aid, defibrillator usage, safeguarding, and instruction techniques, ensuring the highest standards of teaching.
