Friday Night Training 😎

Our new Sport Kumite class started today. We worked on timing and distance, focusing on punches and sweeps.

We had a small turnout today, but we’ve seen lots of students training in our general classes this week who would be perfect for this session!

There’s no pressure to compete in competitions by attending these classes, but they will help improve your sparring for gradings and ensure you’re prepared if you do decide to step onto the mat and test yourself.

Sessions will usually be led by Zach, BKF British Champion.
