After an 11-hour shift, I looked at the clock and realised it was already past 9pmโ€ฆ and I still hadnโ€™t gone for my run.

The sofa was calling, the rain wasnโ€™t helping, but the run got done. Not every session is about pace or distance, sometimes itโ€™s just about keeping the promise you made to yourself.
