🌞 Important Heatwave Update 🌞

Following indoor temperature monitoring throughout the play centre, and with exceptionally high temperatures forecast over the next two days, we have made the difficult decision to close on Thursday to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of our customers and staff.

Temperature readings taken within both our café area and play frame reached 29°C today, and with even hotter weather expected, we do not feel conditions will be comfortable or suitable for children to play safely indoors.

We will be open on Friday for our first session only:

🕙 10:00am – 12:00pm

After this session, we will close for the remainder of Friday as temperatures are expected to rise significantly throughout the day.

We are pleased to confirm that normal opening hours will resume on Saturday and Sunday.

All affected bookings will be contacted and offered a refund or the opportunity to rebook.

We appreciate your understanding and support. The safety, comfort and wellbeing of our little visitors will always come first.

Association of Indoor Play (AIP) are calling for 0% VAT on children’s indoor play in the UK.

Support our campaign and make play more accessible for every child.

The recent announcement by Chancellor Rachel Reeves to reduce VAT to 5% over the summer to make indoor play more accessible to families is a significant step in the right direction. 💪🏻 We genuinely believe this is a direct response to the tireless work, campaigning and evidence presented by AIP over many years about the benefits of play to children's development.

The campaign continues, and we will keep fighting until children's play is recognised for what it truly is – an essential part of childhood, not a taxable luxury.
