H Y R O X R O M E 🇮🇹

Finally after 18 months of competing in hyrox we eventually got to do one together!

Super proud of the both of us & thank you to Sammy Threlfall & Lee for sticking around and supporting us.

Next up Pro doubles for Jordan in Birmingham and women’s doubles for Sarah next month 💪🏽

September is always the month everyone resets after the summer holidays. It’s a chance to rebuild your routine and refocus on better habits.

Just remember to keep things realistic for you. We’re not super humans. When things feel manageable you can then build from there ☺️

You know what’s impressive? Allowing yourself to be a beginner ☺️✨

Social media has got us thinking everything needs to be exciting, aesthetic and constantly progressing.

But normal is normal 🤍

Not feeling motivated every day.
Having weeks where you feel weaker.
Repeating the same meals.
Doing the same workouts.
Not having an event to train for.
Feeling like your progress is slower than everyone else’s.

None of that means you’re doing it wrong.

The boring, repetitive, unglamorous stuff is usually where the most sustainable progress is made.

You don’t need to constantly do more.

Sometimes you just need to keep showing up. 🫶🏼

A long story which I won’t go into fully but 10 months of hell and suffering but it’s been confirmed I’m having surgery! I can’t wait to be able to breathe and sleep properly and have conversations with people without being in pain! 😅

Let’s hope the process from now on is smooth sailing 🤞

Some people have asked how I’ve kept training throughout but honestly I really don’t know, I just knew if I’d stop my mental health would have been a lot worse and I didn’t want it to beat me 👊

Always fight for yourself when you know deep down something isn’t right because no one else can fight for you ❤️‍🩹
