We’ve recently been contacting guests who are booked to stay with us over Creamfields weekend via text message, giving you the opportunity to confirm and pay for your booking ahead of arrival.

We know a few people have understandably wondered whether the messages are genuine, so we just wanted to reassure everyone…

They are from us… it is NOT a scam! 😊

Creamfields is one of our busiest weekends of the entire year, and with the hotel fully booked, we’re simply trying to get everything confirmed in advance rather than risk any last-minute cancellations or issues with payments when hundreds of festival-goers arrive at once. Paying in advance will also reduce your check in times and cut down queues.

Today we welcomed the NHS Blood & Transplant team to our Alice Suite for a Blood Donor Session.

It’s fantastic to see one of our function suites being used for something that can make such a genuine difference… with every donation having the potential to help save lives. 🩸❤️

A huge thank you to the NHS team working here today, and of course to every single person coming through our doors to donate. 👏
