For those people that struggle to get caloies in in the morning to fuel their day with high protein intake like me, here is a quick and easy way I look to get the calories in before I start my morning of PTing, also this will give me enough energy at lunchtime to get a workout in myself until my next meal!

Im going to be starting a re body composition diary on here for the next 6 weeks and sharing it with everyone on here to help with ideas for meals and workouts.

My aim is to get my body fat percentage, which is currently 15% down to 12% in 6 weeks on this re body composition and help you along the way!

So join me and keep an eye out as this is for EVERYONE!

The importance of shoulder and back training for posture is so over looked by many, unless your in the bodybuilding or physio game, ill be honest and even say alot of PTs can get posture related stuff wrong and focus too much on building overal muscle rather then specific areas of muscle.

Give this one a go if your really looking to develop your rear dealts (back of shoulders) and back muscles! Cant believe I forgot about it!
