A BIG MARKER SET! 💙👏

FIRSTS 3-1 HARROGATE TOWN U23’s
What a performance from the girls today!

The coaches and players couldn’t have been prouder, with a fantastic team effort putting down a big marker for the season ahead. 👏🏼

A special mention to our Players’ Players of the Day — Holly & Emme! 🏆

⭐ Emme — only her second open-age game and what a performance! So composed, taking control from the back, distributing the ball brilliantly and pulling off some incredible saves. 🧤👏🏼

⭐ Holly — absolutely on fire from the first minute to the last! Working her socks off, reading the game brilliantly and seeming to be everywhere. A thoroughly deserved award! 👏🏼

Two outstanding performances and two very worthy winners. Well played, lasses! 💙

What a difference from our last encounter with Harrogate 👏🏻

Clubs are nothing without their volunteers. Hours of painstaking admin, chasing subs, chasing paperwork, trying to figure out who is in what team…not to mention finding new players for teams and starting new conversations with parents and carers…copy paste…copy paste…we’re getting rid of all that. Take back your time and focus on what really matters. Drop us a message for a demo…or even just a chat! Plus we’re giving it away for your first 12 months 👀

As the season now departs, a few words to quieten our hearts…..

Last Whistle

The cones are packed, the nets rolled tight,
The pitch falls quiet, stripped of noise —
Another season’s final night,
Another crop of girls and boys.

We chased the ball through wind and rain,
Through muddy boots and early starts,
And though the league won’t crown our name,
We leave with full and certain hearts.

The drills, the shapes, the teamwork built,
The shy kid who found their voice —
These are the trophies fields have filled
Long before trophies grant a choice.

So rest now, all. The season’s done.
The club will lock its gates till May.
But what we built can’t be undone —
We’ll meet the autumn, come what way.

What a journey it’s been for our U11 Whites⚽
A special mention to this incredible group of boys. The progress they’ve made has been amazing to watch. From their confidence on the ball, to their understanding of the game, to the way they support and encourage each other… they’ve grown so much, not just as players but as a team.
The hard work in training is showing every week, and the teamwork, attitude and determination they bring to every match makes us so proud.
Keep believing, keep working, and keep playing for each other👏🏼⚽
