☀️Stand on the threshold and ask yourself what you wish to encourage into your life.

The Summer Solstice is a doorway to the second half of the year, and letting go of what was...
energising the paths that lead within.

Solstice means the “Standing of the Sun” and we can connect to this great turning point in the Earth’s yearly cycle by taking a moment to stop and be still. To look back at our own unique journey since the Winter Solstice. From now to the next Winter Solstice nature will be drawing inwards. We can use this time to focus on what we wish to nurture and develop in ourselves during the coming months.

☀️️We will Celebrate the Summer Solstice saluting to the Sun with Surya Namaskar, flowing gently from one pose to another, aligning with the breath and help with the detoxifying process of the body .
☀️Working down to the ground This will enable us to reflect and to set an intention for the second half of the year and allowing yourself to just be.....then relax with a sound bath 💛
