Great night out and great last group PT of the year. This year has been a great journey for me and hopefully for all of you to, seeing the transformations of everyone has made me feel so proud of you all, well done guys keep up the hard work next year :) πͺπΌππ»π

Winter warmer - homemade soup π΅: Potatoe, leeks, broccoli, carrots, suede, cabbage, celery, onion, lentils and chickpeas with stock cube, chilli flakes and pepper π.. Maybe with some warm crusty π!

Well where do I start with today's group PT? Records beaten left right and centre, improvements on a massive scale by everyone and last but not least he's finally done it, he's been trying for months and months and he's finally won it! Octobers champion is Guy!! Overcome illness after illness and not to mention he's in his 50's he's shown us young whippersnappers how it's done!! Well done mate you deserve it!! πͺπΌπͺπΌπͺπΌπππ» great job everyone Iv really enjoyed today and you've all made me so proud π

Practice what you preach! 8 week challenge done, with very little cardio involved. If I can do it with a busy schedule and low cardio then you can do it too and go even further with my guidance. πͺπΌπππ»

Amazing day once again from everyone, congratulations to Matt who is now a 2 time winner! You deserve it mate, great cardio improvement over these past few months, well deserved today! π some great performances today, some of you were ill, some wasn't at 100% but ALL of you gave it your all. Tuesday tip - It takes half the time to lose the gains you've worked so hard for, so don't let that day off become a weekend off or a week off because it takes another week to get back to where you started and before you know it your back to square one 2 weeks later. Huge effort by everyone today!! Johns fitness has gone through the roof, Dave is back on track and matts fitness has improved so much!!
