It genuinely makes our day when someone pops into the shop and tells us they love what we’re doing, comments on one of our posts, or tells us what they’ve made for dinner with something they picked up from us.

September’s here… and we are VERY ready for comfort food season!

Sally’s starting us off with one of the most useful things you can have in the fridge - our beef mince.

Cottage pie, lasagne, chilli con carne, spaghetti bolognese, meatballs, tacos, enchiladas, stuffed peppers, homemade burgers… there’s so much you can do with it.

And if you ever stand at the counter thinking, “What on earth am I making for dinner?” just ask us. Our friendly team are always happy to give you a few ideas!

New on the shelves… Fenton Farm Eggs Mayonnaise!

Made using free-range eggs from Fenton Farm, a third-generation family farm on the Devon/Somerset border, this is exactly the sort of product we love finding for the shop!

Delicious ingredients, made by people who care about where their food comes from - and, most importantly, it tastes VERY good! 😋

Perfect with burgers, chips, sandwiches, salads… or whatever else you can find an excuse to put mayo on.
