Thank you to everyone who came to the Goals With Purpose workshop yesterday - I cannot believe how awesome you were (in a VERY hot room!)
I'm blown away by the comments I've been getting. It's a little overwhelming, to be honest. You made this day, and I'm glad to have been a part of helping you get control of the things that matter.
Thank you ๐๐ป
As the video says - don't miss out on this chance, the 30th April is not far off!
Tickets are selling for our FULL Goals With Purpose workshop with Portsmouth Business Exchange, and spaces are limited.
I know that sounds a bit 'salesy' but they sold out last time - and I don't want you to miss out.

Same great content - NEW DATE!
We've decided to move our "Goals with Purpose" workshop in association with Portsmouth Business Exchange to the 30th of April.
The 2nd is proving tricky for people (including a few who came to the 'taster'), and I really want to give as many people as possible the opportunity to benefit from this FULL workshop.
So - if you want to be saying similar things to the reviews you can see in the picture, AND if you'd like to:
โ
Spend more time on the things that really matter to you
โ
Reduce the noise and distractions
โ
Make ๐ฅ๐๐๐ progress in your business or whatever you choose to focus on
โ
Come away from the session clear about what you will do today
โ
Have fun learning with a brilliant group of people...
..get your booking in FAST.
The previous session was just a taster - this is the ๐๐จ๐๐ workshop:
๐ฅ Practical, fun, hands-on support crafting your plan
๐ฅ A 36-page workbook you will work on in the session, and then use to act
๐ฅ Half a day to really work out what you want
๐ฅ Breakfast on arrival, tea, coffee and all the naughty treats you can eat ๐
Last time, we ๐ฆ๐ข๐๐ ๐ข๐จ๐ง - and I reckon it will happen again, so click on the link in the comments to be sure of your seat.
Don't miss out this time; act FAST!

This is critical when designing workshops and learning sessions:
Every second you have learners with you, you're taking away their time to do things that may matter ๐บ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฒ to them than your training.
Design:
โ
Concise
โ
Focused training
โ
With clear outcomes
LESS is often MORE
(And I didn't clutter that post with a load of waffle because I wanted to respect YOUR time too ๐๐ป)
Have you heard?
Last week, we published our latest podcast episode - a phenomenal chat with Dan and Karyn from Vitae Vi
We found out how YOU can :
๐งก Change your physiology - just by breathing
๐งก Prepare for presentations, workshops or sessions that matter
๐งก Improve your mind/body relationship
๐งก Set boundaries for your business
๐งก Take time for what matters...
..and so much more.

The breakfast of champions?
They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Whether that's true or not, the fact is that if you want your body to perform well, it needs good fuel.
And if you want your team to perform, guess whatโthey need good fuel, too.
โ
Knowledge
โ
Skills
โ
Attitude
How do we give them this fuel? Consider three options:
1๏ธโฃ Just tell them what to do and hope for the best
2๏ธโฃ Give them 'tick-box' training so you can say you did it - and then hope for the best
3๏ธโฃ Give them nutritious training that nourishes them over a longer time to perform well long after the activity (meal) is finished
We ONLY do 3๏ธโฃ ๐๐ป
If you want something to fuel your team long-term (with some joy and chocolate included) - take their development seriously and engage learning suppliers who care and want YOU to be successful.
Or - spend less money on fatty, poor-quality, salty, sugary training that feels nice at the moment - but doesn't have any value at all in the long term.
It's your call - but if you want actual performance - call me for support that's...
๐ฅฃ Nourishing โ Focused on real skills that drive results.
๐ฅ Varied โ Never "one-size-fits-all"
๐ Fresh โ Regularly updated, relevant, and engaging.
โ Energising โ Something your team actually want to engage with.
๐ณ Balanced โ A mix of training styles keeping things fresh and effective.
๐ฅ Consistent โ One meal wonโt keep you going. Learning must be ongoing.
๐ Nutritious โ Relevant, valuable content building strong skills.
โ Enjoyable โ People want to engage with it!
๐ฅ You can ask the people we work with to tell you why this matters.

I was flicking through my recommendations and remembered these kind words that Emma from Virgin Media O2 shared about my work and the Continue & Begin FAST Coachingยฎ programme I delivered last year.
Brilliant people to work with, thank you Emma for your support ๐๐ป

Am I allowed to make โDad jokesโ on here?
I was gonna say itโs been a โsoundโ week โ but thatโs a bit lame
Then I was gonna say Iโm giving an (audio)wave to everyone Iโve worked with โ nope, still lame.
Ok, Iโll stop with the audio puns. Less distortion โ more clarity.
Here are the highlights, including the amazing people Iโve been able to connect with this week:
๐ฅ Recording a brand-new podcast conversation at the brilliant SPARK Community Space podcast room, with TWO amazing guests - more to follow in the coming weeks ๐คซ
๐ฅ Listening to the latest How to Blog podcast from Naomi with Hannah Youell
๐ฅ Producing two more ace podcast episodes for Naomi, ready to go out in the future
๐ฅ Seeing the amazing podcast ๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐น ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ผ๐๐ ๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ๐ from Jules Verne Ltd hitting the UK Top 10 travel podcasts ๐๐ข๐ข๐ ๐ฅ๐๐ป๐ฅ Great work from Caroline Carne Laura Faulkner Melissa and Michelle ๐๐ป
๐ฅ Thank you, Tilly Charlotte and Rebecca at Rooster. for your supportive posts, and helping making that production process 100% slick!
๐ฅ We put out a new ๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐จ๐ฉ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ newsletter AND podcast episode (link in the comments)
๐ฅ Amazing feedback from the Portsmouth Business Exchange members who came to the ๐๐ผ๐ฎ๐น๐ ๐ช๐ถ๐๐ต ๐ฃ๐๐ฟ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐ฒ workshop โ itโs been remarkable seeing your work (one person in particular has blown me away this week ๐)
๐ฅ It was awesome to see International Dance Supplies (IDS) posting this week about the progress their talented team have been making - looking forward to seeing you all again next week ๐๐ป

๐ฅ Inspiring, uplifting and supportive posts on here from people like YOU โ thank you ๐๐ป

It's all been about journeys this week:
๐ฅ We launched an incredible new podcast from Jules Verne, showcasing wonderful stories of travel and adventure. The first episode featured Jo Kessel, who shared some brilliant tales. The link is in the comments.
๐ฅ Learning to use CapCut, and doing more stuff on TikTok (not sure it's for me yet), but Dan Hughes very kindly shared my film about why I had taken a detour and NOT done Cold Showers last week. Thanks, Dan ๐ฟ
๐ฅ After travelling to Lexham Insurance last week, it was humbling to read your kind words on Monday about the impact of our work. Thank you ๐๐ป
๐ฅ Over to Gunwharf Quays for the ๐๐ข๐๐๐ฆ ๐ช๐๐ง๐ ๐ฃ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฃ๐ข๐ฆ๐ workshop for the fantastic folks at Portsmouth Business Exchange. Followed by a demonstration of my awful bowling skills! Great fun; thank you, PBE!
๐ฅ Zipping down to the Queens Hotel in Southsea, it was wonderful to spend time with the inimitable Nick Drake-Knight, discussing all things FAST Coachingยฎ and how we're going to assist even more people with this wonderful tool of Nick's.
๐ฅ The plan to travel to Portsmouth for the face-to-face ๐๐๐ก๐๐๐๐๐ก ๐ฅ๐๐ฉ๐ข๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ข๐ก session was scuppered (didn't wanna infect my friends with the lurgy). This meant I helped to maintain the 100% record of Jodie being unable to award that month's prize for good LinkedIn activity. The good news is I did make the online session - ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ป๐ฒ๐๐ ๐ถ๐ ๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ ๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ป๐ผ๐ ๐ฐ๐ต๐ฎ๐ป๐ด๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐บ๐ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ณ๐ถ๐น๐ฒ ๐๐ผ '๐๐ช๐๐ฅ๐-๐ช๐๐ก๐ก๐๐ก๐' ๐
What a cracking week, time spent with amazing people, thank you. As always, YOU inspire and motivate me, and it is fantastic to spend time with you ๐๐ป
Next week - we are recording a podcast with ๐ฎ ๐ฉ๐๐ฃ๐ - it's all under wraps for now, but watch this space! ๐
