Many of you at know Kerry last year Kerry took on a huge challenge walking The West Highlands Way to raise money for CoppaFeel. We trained in the lead up, strengthening her body and joints so that her body could handle the exertion. Well this year, she’s walking it again for fun! So we’ve refocused our training, continuing to strengthen her legs and knees, as well as her upper body for carrying her kit. There really is nothing you can’t achieve if you put your mind to it and prepare properly!

Some might say it’s a problem, some might say I’m just a big fan (across multiple supermarkets) plus love a own protein yogurt!! In all seriousness, it’s a great snack or breakfast on the go option to also help hit protein goals for anyone looking for some snack tips this month!
