Did you know that women start losing muscles mass from around the age of 30?
Each decade we lose up to 8% of our muscle mass if we don’t strength train.
This increases even more after the age of 60. Scary, right!?

So why is strength training so important when it comes to ageing?

It helps to slow or reverse the rate of muscle loss.
It helps increase bone density.
It helps decrease the risk of injury.
It helps with weight management.

Just two strength training sessions per week can massively help mitigate the effects of ageing, and it really doesn’t need to be anything complicated!

This is why I created the Inner Balance Membership. To make strength training accessible and easy for busy women! 3 workouts per week, a supporting group chat with likeminded women and regular hints and tips to help your live a healthier and happier life!
