What a beautiful morning! 10 young riders joined Jo in practicing their skills, not least responding to instructions and looking out for each other. Great riding! Dave had a great group focused on getting those corners right - it is so fast when you do. Thank you support crew for keeping them fueled and hydrated. Back in 2 weeks.

Do you want to feel more confident riding in a group or trying your first race?

Join us for a women-only coaching sessions, designed for riders of all experience levels.

Wow what a great morning sun making a welcome arrival too!
A very mixed big group using both long a short courses to provide chase groups pace groups varying the effort and keeping everyone on their toes as groups were given individual tasks.
Everyone worked hard and improved in the sess. We finished off pairs riding and a very tricky slalom .
Well done everyone see you on the 14th of march.

Well we’re back after a winter break.
The weather was at best ok but we had a great session. Jo took the newer riders group and Gordon with the older ones.

After a long break we started with group riding solo then pairs some slalom and one handed practice. Some slow bicycle races which took more explaining than the race too.
With new riders involved everyone listened and there was loads of chatter.

Thank to everyone who helped clear up and hopefully we get some sunshine next week 😎
