A grey and totally uninspiring day so in the spirit of the day here is something else grey and uninspiring….it’s a bridge..😂😂….

Park run chest burning PB yesterday thank you very much, then a 6.5km fast walk with the new extended family which now seems to include a horse 🐎??..

Never thought i would see myself at a running expo but with one week to go I’m quiet looking forwards to it..🤔😂

Watford half route prep..wow soooo hilly (158m elevation gain) but got through the main sections 👍👍 took a wrong turn and missed out a 4/5km section 🙄😡..

Got fed up at 7km but made it to 9km in the end..destroyed my trainers in the mud.😡🤬 nevermind eh 😂😂..

Definitely the 3 W’s today (Wet,Windy and Wild)..job done though 👍👍. Always try to stay happy regardless of how grim it is outside 🌧🌧

Took the plunge and finally joined a running club 😮👍🏃. Looking forwards to some good runs..
