Don’t let the image of yourself ruin this time of year!

Are you excited for the warmer weather (hopefully warmer anyway) or are you dreading it.

All you can think about is how you will no longer be able to cover yourself up with jumpers and coats.

You fear the idea of having any skin on show.

You may have a holiday coming up and are anxious about what people might think of you when you’re at the beach.

Well I’m here to tell you, DON’T! It’s time for you to change the outlook on yourself and feel better in your own skin.

Our time in life is precious, so why waste your time feeling bad about yourself. It’s now your opportunity to do what you can to feel better about yourself. Whether that be improving your fitness, strength, mobility, eating habits, lifestyle, and many more things to better how you feel!

I get it, across December you’ve eaten like s**t and probably feel like s**t at this point. You’re probably not happy with how you look or feel. So you think you NEED to take action and go above and beyond to make a change.

Now I’m certainly not saying you shouldn’t take action and make a change, it’s more a matter of how you approach it should be different.

More often than not, many people massively restrict what they eat and try to exercise almost every day. All to a level that they can’t sustain and hate every moment. It’s no wonder that so many people give up their New Year’s resolution fitness goals.

So if this sounds like you now or even in the past, then let me help you make 2024 the year that you finally get your Fitness Journey on track. But most importantly, you enjoy the journey and set yourself up for lifelong habits that have you feeling happier and healthier! 😁

To all Men out there, be proud of who you are and what you’ve done for yourself and those around you. Us Men can be far too hard on ourselves and feel the need to deal with everything alone. Reaching out for help doesn’t make us any less of a man. If anything, it’s shows strength and courage to be doing all we can to better ourselves and support those we love around us. We are a team and shouldn’t feel embarrassed to talk about how we are feeling.

Now some men may not even bother reading this, but even if this post helps one person in anyway, then I’ve done something to help 😊 so if you have read this far in this post, then please message at least 1 other man that you know, to either ask for help or ask how they are!

Whatever your fitness goals might be when it comes to training and nutrition, the biggest challenge can be getting started.
