benefits/lower incomes etc. Growing up in a low income home with a single parent that had no transport I know how important local classes can be, providing a free local class could make a massive difference to a child's life, personally boxing has had the biggest positive impact on my life and given the chance I would have loved to have had learnt it at a younger age, it definitely would of helped me with life outside the gym. I voluntarily dedicate as much of my time to boxing as possible, I have done for years now and thankfully I can offer more to my community with the experience I have gained, with this and much more i aim to change lives and improve future prospects for children and young adults. It is also assessed on ability, progressing to the Older class based on ability, size and temperament. Older (13 – 18 year olds)
This is a free class for teenagers to young adults between 13 – 18 year olds who want to either learn or progress their boxing skills. Mixed (Any age)
This class caters for any aged individual or group ranging from 6 to 50. A class for any and or ability, we will split the class so everyone benefits and learns. Fighters’ Class (6yrs – Any Age)
This is a paid class for any style of fighter at any age to work on boxing skills.
