Nice double session today, 1hr wattbike low cadence set and a 40min run off.
Do you approach your training sessions with conviction?

On your road to a Autumn Marathon it's an ideal time to get fitter and healthier for that bikini body on holiday and enjoying those 5km runs even when away on holiday.
My biggest recommendation that most ignore is 8-9 hours sleep.
You don't have to overhaul your life in a day, unless that dynamic all in approach is your style.
Alternatively, simply chance 1 thing a week and transition to a new focus each week, making the transformation more achievable and less of a disruption to your daily stresses with work, life, family etc.

Our Motivation Marathon event is a closed circuit (headphones friendly) amazing opportunity to run your Virtual London Marathon.
It's 5km laps, with a timing chip gateway where you can take a break and pause your time and return to the track to continue your virtual London marathon.
If you want 2 other runners to run a half marathon each with you, then we have a relay or individual entry option.
If you want 4 friends to run 10km each with you on your marathon, then we have the 4 person relay option.
If you have 8 friends from your running club, who each only want to run 5km each, then the 8 person relay option is there for you!
You will ALL get a finisher medal
You will ALL get a finisher T-shirt
You will ALL get photos from Marathonfoto (the same professional team as Virgin London Marathon.
You can even have a team finisher photo with ALL runners running down the finish chute together for one AMAZINGLY memorable photo!

It doesn't matter if your on a recovery day from a long run yesterday, or your doing Fartlek or Hill Reps, it's all part of the programme.
If it's a rest day, then eat recovery foods, vitamins high in A, C & E so ACE it! Also be mindful when eating and remember you're resting today so don't over eat.
If it's a more dynamic session early in the week then ensure you are fuelled and hydrated appropriately for your session to be able to execute the session as well as possible.
