A nail biting finish today for our home Vets fixture against Bushey Green. Heading into the last end we were down, needing two shots to win the match. More drama ensued as the final bowls were thrown, we definitely had the shot wood for the draw and a measure for the vital winning point. Well done lads, pulling it back in the rain and winning 36-35. Who said bowling doesn't get exciting.

North Watford Bowls Club vs Pavilion. Thank you to Pavilion for a cracking afternoon. Sadly another loss on the record for us, losing 93-59. Looking forward to the return match guys.

Another brave display ends in defeat for NWBC against the Royal British Legion by 86 to 59. We're getting better. That's a deficit of only 27 points (two weeks ago it was 58 points and last week 44). This time next month we'll be millionaires Rodney. Congratulations to RBL
