Right boys, who is training tonight. I Don't want to be going out rusty with no plan of action Saturday so let us know asap as at the moment nobody is replying. If you can't come then say now but either way let us know.

Get yourself down the playing fields tomorrow and watch the mighty exiles in our first home game of the season. we are against local team fullers and we know they are a good team so expect an amazing match.

Pre-season Friendlies:
Saturday August 30 - AWAY to Biggleswade 2nds KO 3.00pm
Saturday September 6 - AWAY to Harrow 2nds KO 2.30pm
Merit Table:
Saturday September 13 - AWAY to OldAlbanians 4ths KO 3.00pm
Then our first HOME game of the season - Saturday September 13 v. Fullerians 3rds.

Training tonight. Not long to our first pre-season friendly so tonight's big session is much needed. Make sure all are in attendance as we want to be back on top again come April, COME ON THE MIGHTY EXILES !!!!

Table listing have been completed for 2014-2015 season. Looks like it will be an interesting season and we are not travelling to the ends of the earth for any matches this year!!!!

Fixtures will be out soon but all i know as yet is first match will be played 13th September.

We have been in amazing form of late and we know these guys quite well. it's never easy but we know we got this in the bag boys. South oxhey spirit, pride and the badge on our shirts is what we're about.

Saturday saw the awesome exiles overcome hendon it a bit of a nitty gritty game. Brilliant Rugby played by all.

Thanks to all the exiles who returned to the pub post match. shame the same cannot be said for the losing side who even though they played some of the dirtiest rugby (if you can call it that) I've ever seen, had the front to refuse the after match drinks at the dick because they were sulking due to the beating they suffered on the pitch. Not saying we were innocent, but certainly never refused to shake a mans hand post match, regardless of what happened on the pitch.

shame as the rugby that was played was actually brilliant.

This week we are away against old ashmoleans. i will update with meet times prior to the match.
