Iruka Judokwai recently held a BJA club grading and the children all worked very hard in order to achieve the necessary standards, which resulted in all of the children achieving their grades that they were working towards.
The under 8 years of age children are awarded Sho grades.
At Sho level he BJA do not give the children tags for their belts to show their promotions, but we decided that they deserved to have a visual way of showing their progress. Therefore, all those who were awarded their first Sho have been awarded one blue tag.
The following players achieved their Sho grades.
Harry, 1st level Sho grade.
Lucas, 1st level Sho grade.
Sofia, 1st level Sho grade.
Mon grades are awarded to children over 8 years and under 16 years old.
The next group of players were awarded the following Mon grades.
Allos 1st Mon Alexander 2nd Mon
Ayman 1st Mon Aarav 3rd Mon
Cason 1st Mon Arnav 3rd Mon
Marcus 1st Mon Brunel 3rd Mon
Joseph 1st Mon Rhodes 8th Mon
Philos 1st Mon
They all worked hard for their grades and it was a pleasure working with then all. We and the parents are very proud of their effort and achievements.
Well done to all. Carol and Barry.
