Our Havoc Grappling members don’t just train hard in class — they go the extra mile with open mats to keep learning and improving. 💪
We had the pleasure of welcoming , a black belt instructor from , who joined us to roll and share his knowledge with the team. 👊
It’s awesome to be part of a community that values growth, sharing, and helping each other level up on and off the mats. 🙌

Last week we had the pleasure of having The Budget Workout Guy attend our classes and we were kindly given some mouthguards from Safejawz. We thought it only right that we would ask members who wanted a new mouthguard to donate to William's fund. https://bit.ly/4afznib We have been given a small selection of mouthguards suitable for Teens and adults and you can find them in our gym. Make your donation and show the instructor and they will gladly let you select a mouthguard while they are still available.

During the summer we have a smaller timetable but it is important to train. It’s even more of an experience if you can train at other gyms while being away. Meeting new people and experiencing other gyms really helps your own game. I had the pleasure of seeing a couple of other instructors and being challenged by them and their members for some really tough rounds. A big thanks to the warm welcome from Ben at and to Nick at . I am looking forward to returning to our new timetable and also our improved gym in September.
