🥈 A couple of silver medals to start our October update!

Last weekend I competed at the National Masters Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Championships, taking Silver in my Masters 4 Black Belt Heavyweight division and then another Silver in the Absolute division.

Competing is always a good reminder that, however long you've been training, there is still plenty to work on and improve. I think it's important that our students see that their instructors are still training, testing themselves and putting themselves outside their comfort zone too.

Ninja Squad Recruitment Drive – 13th to 18th October
Parents, it’s time for your Mini Ninja to bring a buddy to class for FREE!
Here’s what you need to know:
✅ Your child will receive an invitation card – this must be filled in with the full names of both the host and the guest, plus class and venue.
✅ Buddies must be signed up online before attending – no walk-ins. This makes sure they’re on our list, safe to train, and their free gift is ready.
✅ On the day, bring the completed card to class.
Rewards:
Members: Free pair of Grip Socks (worth £2.50, while stocks last).
Buddies: Free ZKS Ninja Pen.
If your buddy joins after their trial and pays their first month, you’ll get 1 month FREE training credit!
