This week, our ZKS Martial Arts instructing team took part in a two-day Paediatric First Aid Course, making sure we stay fully up to date with essential life-saving skills. 💪

At this stage, it’s normal for children to forget what they did in class — but that doesn’t mean they’re not learning! With a little support from home, their confidence and focus can grow even faster.
