My favourite fruit kiwi - why, other than it tastes good ? 1-high vitamin c, great for immune system and collagen production to help keep skin, joints and bones healthy and strong. 2-digestive enzymes, help to break down proteins and support healthy bowel movements 3- high in potassium, a mineral important for energy production, water balance and muscular contractions. Personally I like to eat my fruit post weight training as it helps the sugars and fructose content aid in muscle glycogen replenishment and muscle protein synthesis, that recovery starts immediately after my last set.l for maximum gains. ☺️💪live move and perform with freedom.
