At our studio, we believe movement should feel supportive, approachable and personal to you. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or have been practising for years, our approach is centred around helping you move in a way that feels good for your body.
From Yoga and Pilates to strength based movement and restorative classes, everything we offer is designed to help you feel stronger, calmer, more connected and supported, both physically and mentally.
More than anything, we want the studio to feel like a space where everyone feels welcome. A place to move, slow down, reconnect and be part of a community.
Take advantage of our introductory offer and enjoy unlimited classes for two weeks for just £30.
Katherine joined YogaNastics just four months ago, starting with our introductory offer, unlimited classes for two weeks. This gave her the chance to truly experience the studio, different class styles and find what worked for her.
Coming from a background of running and dancing growing up, Katherine was looking for a different kind of strength and found that through yoga and Pilates. Since joining, she’s quickly become one of our most regular members, making the most of all the Yoga and Pilates classes we offer. We feel so lucky that she chooses to practise with us each week.🤎
Stories like this are exactly why we do what we do.
Life can feel all consuming at times. Work, family, routines, responsibilities, constant notifications, it’s easy to move through the day without ever properly slowing down.
When stress starts to build, the body often holds onto it physically too. Tight shoulders, shallow breathing, feeling restless, overwhelmed or mentally drained are all signs that the nervous system may need a moment to reset.
These five simple practices can be a helpful way to recenter when you’re feeling a little disconnected.
1. Rubbing the palms together helps create warmth and awareness in the body, bringing your focus back into the present moment.
2. Placing the hands over the eyes, ears and heart creates a moment to pause, shut out some of the outside noise and check back in with yourself and how you’re really feeling.
3. Nadi Shodhana, alternate nostril breathing, is a calming breathwork technique. Often practiced in class, it can help slow racing thoughts, regulate breathing and create a greater sense of balance.
4. Gentle seated movements such as cat cows, twists and spirals help release physical tension and move areas of the body that often become tight through sitting, stress or overworking.
5. Finishing with hands together and a gentle fold forward creates a moment to slow down and feel more settled helping the body and mind feel calmer and more connected again.
Sometimes a few quiet minutes to breathe and reconnect can make the biggest difference.

This week we honour Mental Health Awareness Week ☁️
Mental health isn’t just in the mind, it lives in the body too. How we move, breathe and show up for ourselves each day can have a real impact on how we feel. That’s why yoga can be such a powerful tool, not as a quick fix, but as something you can come back to, again and again.
It’s also something we can’t always see in others, so a gentle reminder to be kind. And if you’re stepping onto the mat today and it’s not your day, that’s okay, we're here with you.
Whether it’s once a week or part of your routine, showing up for yourself (and each other) matters.🧘🏻♀️
